Akshar going to school

This month July 2012 is an eventful month for me, with my birthday on July 13th.
My little grandson Akshar, aged 1 year 11 months, started going to school from first week of July !
There are some pre-primary schools for 2 year old children, called play schools, where children interact and play with other children of similar age.
Toys and drawing books are provided in such schools and what the teachers do is simply Baby-sitting. But the punch line is that they are charging about Rs. 30,000 per annum...
